To install YumaBench please refer to the YumaBench Installation Instructions.


The following are some issues that could be encountered during the installation of YumaBench:


$ ./yuma-bench-installer 

bash: ./yuma-bench-installer: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error


If you encounter this error message during the process of installing YumaBench it is likely that you are trying to install YumaBench on a 32-bit system. YumaBench requires one of the supported 64-bit operating systems.

$ ./yuma-bench-installer 

./yuma-bench-installer: error while loading shared libraries: libQt5Widgets.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

If you encounter this error message during the process of installing YumaBench you have not installed the required Qt5 library. Please refer to the YumaBench Installation Instructions for details on how to install this library.
If you encounter this pop-up during the process of installing YumaBench you are trying to install YumaBench on an unsupported operating system. Please use one of the supported operating systems.

$ yuma-bench 

yuma-bench: error while loading shared libraries: libssh2.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

If you encounter this error message when starting YumaBench you do not have the required SSH library installed. Please refer to the YumaBench Installation Instructions for details on how to install this library.
If you encounter this pop-up during the process of starting YumaBench you do not have the required Yuma modules installed. This is likely caused by a network connection error. Please check your Internet connection and try running the yuma-bench-installer again.
If you encounter this pop-up during the process of entering the license key to authenticate YumaBench check these potential issues:
  • check you have entered the supplied license key correctly
  • check you have a working network connection to the Internet
